Return & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Our Products

MATHS TO BLOOD does not sell or ship any physical goods. All purchases provide access to digital, non-tangible educational content, including:

• Online class enrollments and recorded video lessons.
• Smart notes, tutorials, and downloadable study material.
• MCQ practice access, question papers, and seminar registrations.

As no physical item is delivered, there is nothing to physically return; refunds (where applicable) are handled as described below.

2. General Refund Principle

Once payment is completed and access to a digital class, video, or note has been granted, the purchase is generally considered final and non-refundable, as the content becomes immediately available for viewing and download. We encourage students to review the course details, free previews, and description carefully before purchasing.

3. When You May Be Eligible for a Refund

We want every student to be treated fairly. A refund may be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same class or course due to a technical or gateway error.
• Access Not Delivered: Your payment was successful, but access to the purchased class or content was not granted and our team is unable to resolve it.
• Incorrect Purchase: You purchased the wrong class by mistake and have not yet accessed any of its lessons or materials, and you notify us promptly.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in cases including:

• Classes, videos, or notes that have already been viewed, streamed, or downloaded.
• Seminars or live sessions after they have been attended or have taken place.
• Change of mind after content has been accessed, or failure to use the purchased content.
• Accounts suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions (e.g. credential sharing or content piracy).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within seven (7) days of the payment date and provide the following details:

• Your registered full name and student contact number.
• The class / course name and the date of payment.
• The payment reference or receipt number, and the reason for your request.

Requests can be sent via WhatsApp or email using the contact details at the bottom of this page. Each request is reviewed individually.

6. Refund Processing & Method

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through our payment gateway (PayHere) or the channel used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7–14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. Any gateway or transaction charges may be deducted where applicable.

7. Changes to This Policy

MATHS TO BLOOD may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
