1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MATHS TO BLOOD website, student portal, video lessons, or any related service, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Our courses cater primarily to G.C.E. Ordinary Level students, many of whom are under 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that:

• The information you provide (full name, contact number, WhatsApp number, email, and examination year) is accurate and up to date.
• If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian is aware of and consents to your registration and use of the platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. License to Use the Platform

MATHS TO BLOOD grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased content for your own educational use only. You expressly agree that you will not:

• Share, sell, lend, or transfer your account or login details to any other person.
• Record, download (except where explicitly permitted), reproduce, or redistribute video lessons, smart notes, MCQs, or any learning material.
• Attempt to bypass payment, access restrictions, or any security feature of the platform.

Accounts found to be shared between multiple users may be suspended or terminated without a refund.

4. Course Enrollment & Payments

Class and course fees are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) on the relevant course page. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway (PayHere) and other approved methods.

• Access to a paid class, video, or note is granted only after your payment has been successfully verified.
• Fees, once paid, are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to revise course fees at any time; changes will not affect classes you have already purchased.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including video lessons, smart notes, MCQs, question papers, graphics, logos, and the site design — is the intellectual property of MATHS TO BLOOD or its educators and is protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, republish, or use this content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

To keep our learning community safe and fair, you agree not to:

• Use screen-recording, screen-capture, or downloading tools to copy protected lessons.
• Upload or share any unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful content within the platform or study groups.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, database, or other users' accounts.
• Engage in any activity that violates Sri Lankan law or the rights of MATHS TO BLOOD or third parties.

7. Service Availability & Content Accuracy

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality educational content and uninterrupted access. However, we do not warrant that the platform will always be error-free or available without interruption, as service may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. Educational content is provided as a study aid and does not guarantee any specific examination result.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in credential sharing, attempts content piracy, or misuses the platform. Where a termination results from a breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MATHS TO BLOOD and its educators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including loss of data or interruption of service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
